our stay at the autograph collection was wonderful! the staff surprised us with a celebratory bottle of fizz and a cake for our anniversary. the location was perfect, just a short walk from london bridge, making it super easy to explore the area. the king room was cozy and well-equipped.

The hotel has a stunning ambiance with breathtaking architecture. Our large family, including 5 adult children, enjoyed exploring London's vibrant neighborhoods, especially the lively areas filled with art, theatre, and music. The staff were incredibly welcoming and made our stay memorable.

My kids wished for better pillow options for a more comfortable sleep.

We arrived really early and were so relieved to get our King Room right away after a long journey. The cozy seating area and the lovely rooftop bar were perfect for winding down. The only minor hiccup was having to find our own table at breakfast, but it didn’t really dampen our stay. 😊

Breakfast was a highlight, with a lovely selection served until 11 AM. there were issues with the sink plug in the bathroom and an unresponsive volume button on the speakers.

If you're in the mood for something global, Indian Fusion serves up mouth-watering curries that'll make your taste buds dance. Plus, my room came with a TV that you could cast to—how cheeky is that? !
